First Segulah
(From The Ish Ben Chai)
Dispense drops of water into a cup while reciting each letter with the vowel from the Passuk/sentence
from the Torah
‘El Nah Refah Nah Lah’
אל נא רפא נא לה
There are eleven letters in that Passuk so dispense 11 drops of water into the cup. While dispensing each drop, say out loud each letter with its vowel. After fully dispensing the 11 drops, hold the cup and drink the water
However, if the case is of severe illness, start the process in a larger container and do the process of the water drops each day for 10 consecutive days saving the water. Do this process every day always covering this larger vessel after dispensing the new 11 drops for that day. And finally, on the tenth day after the process, hold the cup/vessel and drink the water
Second Segulah
Dispense into the Shabbat Kiddush wine cup three drops of water and whatever is left in the cup, the remaining water, drink that whenever you like
